Santosh Damera is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a demonstrated history of working in IT and non-IT sectors. He is skilled in leadership hiring, on-campus/off-campus hiring, tactical workforce planning, succession planning, social recruitment, recruitment analysis, team development, stakeholder management, project management, and several such HR-related areas. Before joining S&P Global as Lead Recruiter, Santosh worked with ADP as Talent Acquisition Lead - Global Product and Technology.
